Deskripsi Pekerjaan

  • Make calculations and reports on termination of employment of Staff & Non Staff.

  • Make calculations and reporting of PPH 21 Staff & Freelance Daily Worker.

  • Manage the personal files of Head Office & Regional Office Employees.

  • Monitoring the Staff Mutations & Promotions.

  • Monitoring the exit clearance & exit interview process.

  • Organize or update the Decree of the BoD & Company Regulations.

Syarat Pekerjaan

  • Bachelor’s Degree of Human Resources, Law, Taxation/ Accounting is preferred.

  • Have an experience in Palm Oil Company & The Business Process.

  • Minimum 2 years of experiences in similar role.

  • Familiar & Excel in PPH 21 calculation & Labor Laws.

  • Communicative, collaborative & proactive.
