Deskripsi Pekerjaan

  • Maintain accurate payroll data and records

  • Handle salary proposals and related data reporting

  • Calculate incentives accurately and efficiently

  • Ensure the confidentiality of all payroll information

  • Stay up to date on payroll laws and regulations

  • Respond to payroll inquiries and resolve issues

  • Work closely with HR and finance teams

Syarat Pekerjaan

  • Bachelor degree in any major preferable from Psychology.

  • Min 1 year experience as a Payroll Staff.

  • Having strong knowledge about logistics, tax and labor law.

  • Problem solving and analytical skills.

  • Good communication, highly motivated, responsible, and having ability to work within the team.

  • Exceptional multitasking and organizational skills.

  • Highly organized with strong time management skills, able to meet tight deadlines.

  • Familiarity with Google Sheet, Docs, Ms. Office.

  • Understand the calculations and provisions of BPJS Employment-Health, pph 21.
